Although our company that is usually remodeling a motorcycle, we spend a technique seriously and make a duralumin cutting ballpoint pen.
The name of the ballpoint pen “is MechaSEA”.

An NC lathe is necessary to make a place to have of a ballpoint pen.
But, because there is not it in my company, I can not make it without outside order.
So I took the estimate and it was very expensive.
Therefore I decided that I made an NC lathe in-house.
Is it possible to produce in-house even my company with low production volume? As we thought about that, we do an unreasonable thing.
We use machining center as a lathe adversely.

I am very scared, chuck and bite are near !

And while producing the NC lathe in-house, it places an outside order by then if production increases.
