The ballpoint pen MechaSEA which we are developing is a ballpoint pen of the full cutting.
It is much finer processing than the custom parts of the motorcycle we usually shaving at our company.

The end mill uses 2φ or thin thing.

We are making clip parts now.
This place is the smallest and there is no place to grab.
This is the most difficult point.

It went well.
We are glad that this went well.

I decided to adopt Parker G2 type refill with the most versatility.
Because Japanese write kanji, the ball diameter of the pen tip is good from 0.8Φ to 0.7Φ.
When it says in the sign of the standard, it is “F”.
This is a decision as long as there is no problem.

I do not know how the release turns out depending on a result of the evaluation test and design registration.
But, we are aiming for the release date early in the new year.

If we could release it, we will complete all the work we have accumulated.
And we will start MechaSEA racing and participate in motorcycle racing.
We will develop our own engine and body and participate.

Araki F Machine seriously introduced technology and made it.
