I make a Bimota SB6 Replica from Suzuki GAG. Calculate the dimensions of the car body somehow from photos etc.

Old post share.

I will remodeling GAG which is motorized bicycle and make mini SB6.
Ultimately I will shrink / deform this to about 3/4.
But, it is hard to begin with the nothing scenes.
So, I looked for it on the WEB.
As a result, I found a photograph with little distortion of SB6.
I traced each main part based on the distance between the axle.

I wrote a rough drawing with the actual size.

I infer the rough dimensions of the dimension of each parts from this figure.
The sinking condition of the suspension at 1G (the state that put up a motorcycle only by gravity) is automatically determined.
Because the state of this photograph is 1G.

And I assemble this used part to this dimensions.
Frame, swing arm, tank ↓

This time, not only the frame but cowl, tank etc etc are almost gathered except for the engine.

So, I plan to assemble all of them and try 3D scan.
I will try a way to do it without using expensive equipment.
Please look forward to!
Of course I’ll make it all public.
