Geek ballpoint pen with techno logic, MechaSEA.
My company’s ROBODRILL can install 21 tools (machining tools).
But, the number of the tools necessary to make a ballpoint pen is more than 30.
I improved to the limit with the present condition.
I was able to largely promote efficiency of it, but it is necessary to always replace the blade.
So, I went to Higashi Osaka Machinery Complex from the other day and was looking for a machining center.
As a result of having examined an amount of money and a use, I decided to buy ROBODRILL of FANUC.
When I went to see a used machine shop, there were various high-function and expensive machines in inventory.
I wanted those machines.
But, the purpose of this time is parts production of the ballpoint pen MechaSEA.
Rather than having one machine capable of ultrahigh speed machining, two machines capable of machining at normal speed can process more quickly.
So I bought a little older type than ROBODRILL I have now.
It can attach 14 blades.
It is convenient to use the holder because the shank is common to the same BT30 as ROBODRILL I have now. (The specification table is here)
The purchase price was less than 3 million yen. That includes transportation costs and the price of 18 BT30 shank tools.
I think that I was able to keep costs down to a certain extent.
Because it was decided to transport and install, I moved the shelves and made space empty.
It was cleaned the whole while I moved a shelf.
Because there were many special cutters etc,I am going to throw this away in large quantities.
In this way, during the period from the end of the Osaka Motorcycle Show (20170320) until now, the labor force was exhausted by the production of ballpoint pens and miscellaneous work.
So, I was short of blog topics.
I designed it in oneself, but this ball-point pen processing time is too long.
It should improve greatly by introducing ROBODRILL I arranged this time.
So from this month I think I can gradually increase blog posts.
