Although our company that is usually remodeling a motorcycle, we spend a technique seriously and make a duralumin cutting ballpoint pen.
\nThe name of the ballpoint pen “is MechaSEA”.<\/p>\n

It is the continuation of the previous homemade alumite article.
\nAn alumite is a process of adding an artificially uniform oxide film to the surface of aluminum.
\nDegrease \u2192 energization in sulfuric acid \u2192 water \u2192 dye \u2192 water \u2192 sealing agent \u2192 water and go through the process.<\/p>\n

The film of the alumite is the insulation.
\nSo, alumite can not be applied because it can not be energized in sulfuric acid where alumite is already applied.<\/p>\n

We do the thing which did alumite processing again once and, we want to make it two colors.
\nTo do that, we need to peel off two alumites, a place we want to add color and a place to get contact.<\/p>\n

We prepared some samples and did alumite.<\/p>\n
