It was very cheap by the campaign before, so I bought it excess and was remained.It is a top case made in very big Coocase where two helmets are in.
\n(It is not good to purchase in excess.)<\/p>\n

I will attach this to Bandit.<\/p>\n

In Bandit there is a place which the person riding behind has when it is two-seater.
\nI will weld a carrier of Chaly <\/a>there and make a carrier and attach a case there.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

It’s a little big.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I cut it and shorten it.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

It is just right size.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I twist the angle of the thicker pipe and weld it.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Chrome plating can be welded as it is without peeling off.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Let’s attach it like this.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I cut a too long place again.
\nAnd match it rub with a grinder and a belton to match the pipe.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I will peel off the paint of the place to weld.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

And I will do spot welding.
\nAfter having done spot welding, if you are distorted hit it and fix it.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

There was a load hook in the place that I cut.But, it penetrated in a pipe and was welded.
\nThis is structurally strong.Besides, it will be attached by one shot by stud welding<\/a>.The manufacturing cost is not so high.The genuine parts are really well thought out.<\/p>\n

Spot welding Completed.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

On the next time, it is completed by consecutive welding \u2192 sandblast \u2192 painting \u2192 case installation.<\/p>\n

The next may become considerably earlier recently because work is jam-packed.
\nI have to proceed with custom of GAG as well.<\/p>\n
