We think that we will often test after release.
So, I felt that it would be better for me to prepare a testing machine so that I can finish the exam as soon as possible.

It seems to be decided to already export before the release.
I am looking forward to it.
Because the development budget is few, the application fee for international patents is a problem.
(It is a shameful story, but a budget is not over a level of the pocket money of the office worker in spite of a company.)
I do not want to hand over the shares of the company, but I would like to negotiate seriously if there are people who will invest.

Also, my mother and father are doing durability tests.

It has a clip and a grip and is confusing, but the story of the grip this time (place to have).

The grip is a shape that needs to be cut with a lathe and is gentle R.
It necessarily requires an NC lathe.
(If it is linear it can be made with a general-purpose lathe.)
But, my company only has a general-purpose lathe.
It is a little hard to buy an NC lathe.

The reasons are as follows.

Milling cutter has the machine called ROBODRILL of FANUC corporation.
It is cheap, but only the control panel is a miracle machine using good ones.
Since there are no such models on the lathe, I will have to buy a large NC lathe.
Furthermore, compared to scroll chuck, the power chuck is very expensive and hydraulic pressure is necessary.
So I judged that it was impossible to buy an NC lathe immediately, and to start a mass production in-house.
I decided to outsource.
But, when took the estimate, the cost was expensive and the cost price exceeds.
And, it is also painful to order a large amount.
The stock will be hundreds of thousands of yen.

So, I decided to design and manufacture a small lathe that only ballpoint pen can be made.
I at last will do professional work in the sixth year since my founding. (Production equipment production)

Ultimately, the production line for ball-point pens will produce the fastest lead time by arranging single-function machines.
If I buy an NC lathe or a lathe of a multifunctional machine, the lead time will inevitably increase because the machine takt becomes longer.
And the hand waiting time of the worker occurs.
Considering the future, I think that it is a good thought that the own company designs the special machine.
