Although our company that is usually remodeling a motorcycle, we spend a technique seriously and make a duralumin cutting ballpoint pen.
The name of the ballpoint pen “is MechaSEA”.

It became the first announcement in Osaka Motorcycle Show 2017!

Finally I was able to come here.

We are doing these mainly at the venue.
And we also sell MechaSEA.

This is a very individual ballpoint pen having a complicated mechanism built-in.
But, it seems that people who rides a motorcycle instantly accepted it.
It almost sold out. (There are still several other than black ink.)
The thing that got orders at the venue will be responded to by shipping at a later date.

I had a feeling that I was going to be interesting.
The day may be near when we can make more radical manufacturing with this blog.

Although our company that is usually remodeling a motorcycle, we spend a technique seriously and make a duralumin cutting ballpoint pen.
The name of the ballpoint pen “is MechaSEA”.

Finally, the application for intellectual property is over.
I would like to show you the appearance in the next post.

It uses two ball bearings and has a piston, connecting rod, a crank mechanism built-in.
Both the body and the clip are cuttting of the aluminum.
And the clip is a very mechanical pen that can be stored in the body.
Because the parts are small, when we assemble a trial product, we dropped it from the desk and was searching for it.

It costs around 500 yen for a material cost only in a ball bearing.
So, it will exceed the selling price of ordinary ballpoint pens only by material cost.
It is such an extreme goods.

Its refill is space pen of Fisher whom NASA uses in space as I illustrated by this blog before.
The color is 9 colors.

We were able to make really good ones.
